Great value for money! It's fairly close to the airport and feels secure. Great option for a night before or after a flight.

Clean spacious room, calm and quiet. Beautiful garden. Reliable Wi-Fi. Hot water in the shower.

Location is very bad. And they list room price in USD but charge card in MXN using 10% higher rate than official which is a scam.

Decent place, but location isn't ideal.

Friendly staffing. Clean and comfortable. Good value.

Location was bad. Potholes everywhere. Ubers didn't want to pick up because of it.

The stay was ok!

The staff were friendly and helped with printing and changing cash. The bed was comfortable. The place is very close to the airport so a good option for a layover. Parking was available and it felt safe as a lone traveller.

The fridge was very old and loud and was close to the sleeping area making it hard to sleep. I ended up unplugging it! The kitchenette had no cutlery, dishes or glasses so it was not useful. No coffee machine! The maintenance person was outside the unit at 5 am banging around making it difficult to sleep.

Staf is quite friendly, room was clean. Pool is good.

Tulipanes are in area that is very unfriendly, long lonely street with few cars passing by. It's better to have a car to get there. And when you drive there in a night time after very long flight, it's really scary. Like it's long deserted by normal people and starts becoming slamtown. And on our first night there weren't WiFi. Air con worked just in first room, not in a bedroom.

Nice garden

The residence is located in a protected area in a very well-kept garden with a nice and clean swimming pool. The room with kitchen was spacious. The "kitchen" was devoid of all utensils. We had to ask for everything and then the missus brought us in a basket: a coffee machine, two dessert plates, two forks and two knives - that's it - all kitchen utensils!

It's a real shame for such a wonderful garden as they have - basic kitchen utensils are not that expensive and with a modest investment the room would still turn into a nice apartment.

Loved the palm trees! Beautiful grounds!

Poor WiFi made travel arrangements difficult. No accessories for cooking eating in kitchenette.

Not so pretty and shiny as on the pictures

The rooms were really large and there was a full kitchen with all the amenities, place to dry your clothes and outside area with pool.

It was literally in the middle of nowhere, we were unable to order the Uber even considering the airport close location. WiFi comes and goes. All equipment was mostly past it expiration date - we just stayed one night and it was enough.

The proximity of the airport and the private parking

It wasn’t clean enough and the beds weren’t confortable. The A/c of the first room didn’t have the control and when I asked in front desk, they said that they missed it; so I can’t use the A/c and didn’t give me the option to change room

the place badly needs a complete renovation. It is located in an industrial park.

Spacious accomodation for the first night in Cancún

The appartment we booked was really spacious for the cheap price we paid. It has comfortable beds, a powerful AC and a large fridge. The furniture was outdated but kept well. Wifi was working good enough. Parking was readily available and you have someone at the reception desk 24/7. The pool and garden are very neat and well kept.

We booked this hotel because it offered airport shuttle. Unfortunately noone answered our request to be picked up at the airport so we had to get a rental in the end. You can't really use the kitchen, microwave and the stove, because there are no dishes, pots or pans at all. You rarely have these things with you when travelling, so the kitchen might just be useful for someone domestic booking a longer stay. The area around the hotel is definitely not suitable for a late night walk. For safety you should be arriving and leaving by car.

Value for airport stay

There is no breakfast . Everything was tidy but a little run down. This is merely a stop gap on the way to the airport, the area is semi industrial and a little off the beaten track. I didn’t feel safe outside the compound but okay inside as gated with reception . The place is a bit tatty but provided clean towels soap etc . I didn’t expect much and just needed to be near the airport. Price was the main driver. Taxis are ridiculous prices be prepared . Tulum and Cancun have gone downhill and it’s not as safe right now.

good place to stay if overnighting to catch a plane, pool and garden were lovely

central garden and pool area. close to airport

room was very narrow , bed was not comfortable, we asked for 2 extra pillows but did not get them even though the hotel wasn’t full. location to restaurants wasn’t close. the drinking water they supplied was the smallest bottle available, next size up would have been better.
